K-B Offset Printing awarded Major State Contract Commonwealth of PA selects from field of 145 printers State College, PA -- K-B Offset Printing, Inc., affiliated with theprinters.com, has been awarded an exclusive multi-year contract with The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The printing and mailing contract provides that K-B Offset Printing be the exclusive printer for all bound, printed matter for all using agencies of the Department of General Services (DGS) within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Agencies of DGS include Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, PSERS, SERS, Pennsylvania State Police, Fish and Boat Commission, Department of Agriculture, Department of Revenue, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, DCNR, Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, Pennsylvania Game Commission, Department of Labor and Industry, and others. The selection process took over one year and included the consolidation of multiple state contracts into a single contract and vendor.
